VEGETABLE OIL – ONLINE WATER IN OIL MEASUREMENT e.g. Palm Oil

The online measurement of water in vegetable oil such as palm oil is something of a growing concern. More water means more loss of revenue. Additionally, it is not possible to see how much water is contained in the oil by level measurements. The level measurements are never precise and doubt is always in the minds of the buyers.

The EASZ-1 is an online solution. It will measure the water content of any oil with a response time of 1 second. The units are full bore and constructed in a rugged all stainless steel design. The smallest being 1 inch and the largest being 48 inches.

The unit is loop powered and will send a 4-20 mA signal to the control room proportional to the water in oil content being measured.
