QUANTIM is the perfect replacement for a laboratory device like a
precision syringe pump. But it’s equally at home in a process plant
environment. The QUANTIM’s 65ºC maximum operating temperature
permits it to be used in almost any ambient environment. QUANTIM is
also available in an explosion-proof enclosure for Zone 1/Division 1
hazardous areas and in an IP-65/NEMA-4X Division 2 package suitable
for wash-down. Only QUANTIM permits laboratory-grade flow
measurement and control in real plant/process applications.
Sophisticated integral solenoid valve provides
closed-loop measurement and control.
Unlike other flow devices, the QUANTIM controller incorporates its
own solenoid control valve and PID control for seamless continuous
measurement and control. With QUANTIM, there’s no need to select
an external proportional control valve and design your own PID loop.

temperature, or pressure.
Simultaneous density measurement.
QUANTIM automatically measures fluid density and can output the
density value. Many users rely on the density information for its intrinsic
diagnostic value: confirmation that the correct fluid is flowing,
detecting the presence of entrained gas, or detecting the interface
between two fluids.

The vent-captor type 3202.30
is an air flow meter for industrial applications. The
small, self-contained vent-captor is completely epoxy
resin encapsulated and operates with high accuracy and
repeatability even in harsh industrial environments.The
vent-captor can be integrated into measurement and control
systems without additional component parts. The newly
developed operating principle for the measurement of air
flow, based on the calorimetric principle, provides a
wide measurement range from 1 to 30 m/s. To achieve the
best signal resolution 4 different units are available.
The maintenance-free air flow meter is simple to install
with the supplied mounting flange. For applications under
pressure conditions vent-captor type 3205.30 with stainless
steel casing and integral union nut is available. |

AIRFLOW
PRECISION AIR VELOCITY INSTRUMENTS
The AF200 offers high standards of performance and value
for precision air velocity measurements. The pitot tube
method of measurement employed by the AF200 is suitable
over the range 1.5m/s to 58m/s and up to +600°C. The
instrument also functions as a stand alone micro-manometer
or temperature meter.
A full kit is available to accompany the AF200. This includes
295mm/12” and/or 448mm/18” pitot tubes, air
temperature probe, instrument protective cover and sling,
quick fit pressure connectors, rubber tubing, nylon tubing
and 9V PP3 battery. All this fits neatly into a custom
carrying case. |
