The Instrumentation Testing Association (ITA) is a non-profit technical and educational organization that was founded by municipal and industrial treatment facilities in 1984 and is governed by 14 treatment facilities (both municipal and industrial) throughout the U.S. and Canada. ITA’s mission is to promote the understanding, selection, improvement, and cost effective use of instrumentation and automation technologies used to control and monitor water, wastewater, and industrial systems.
