| INCREASING PALM OIL REFINING PROFITABILITY |

|
Owners and managers of palm oil refineries who rely on plantations to supply their crude palm oil are turning to EESIFLO International to provide solutions to increase or protect their profitability. One of the concerns of a buyer is the quality of the crude palm oil purchased in large volumes.
Operators have the task of implementing some form of testing and traditionally this has been a manual test or “spot sampling”. The task of a laboratory is to examine these samples to determine that the water content is at an acceptable level. |

|
With the large number of trucks delivering their vegetable oil cargo on a daily basis and the difficulty of taking representative samples on a continuous basis, our clients turn to the EASZ-1 online water in oil monitor which is a device that is able to continuously report the water content in CPO.
The EASZ-1 is an accurate monitoring system and operators who have performed their own in house tests have verified by correlating its readings with laboratory reports. Once confidence has been established in the device , the operators are able install the monitors at offloading locations and have the confidence that their vegetable oil products are being delivered within the agreed specification water content.

An alarm level can be set to notify buyer and seller when product does not meet specification. Further spot sampling /investigation can be made and the product either rejected or re-negotiated.
