EESIFLO EXPLOSIONPROOF
METERS IN WELL TEST APPLICATIONS

|
EESIFLO clamp on explosionproof flow meters
are an excellent choice for users who wish to
replace inline devices on well test lines for
e.g mini test separators onshore of offshore.
We have a client list which now includes most
major oil and gas companies and we would be
happy to provide some client information on
request. The high speed electronics enable us
to replace fixed meters with more repeatable
clamp on flowmeters. Field experience has shown
that mechanical meters , although factory calibrated
are not always the best device for e.g measuring
liquids with hydrocarbon and water fractions.
This is because the ratios are never the constant
and many mechanical devices will fail very quickly
or simply not measure due to entrained bubbles
in the line, sand and temperature. As long as
the liquid being measured remains sonically
conductive and signal can pass through the pipe
and liquid, there are advantages in using EESIFLO
clamp on meters . This could include increased
repeatabililty due to the fact that we have
no moving parts, lower cost of ownership - usage
can be years instead of months and the ability
to perform tests before purchasing, which means
the users do not end up making purchases on
equipment which will either not work or not
last very long. Our high speed electronics coupled
with newly designed higher reliable signal processing
enable us to gather data where previous mechanical
or ultrasonic flowmeters have failed.
Every application is different ! EESIFLO's
rental plans or rent to own plans allow users
to evaluate equipment on best and worst conditions
before actual purchase. This may require the
user to install a measurement device for several
weeks on problem lines where previously no other
cost effective solution has been found.
Installation can be performed in a matter of
minutes after transducers and transmitter have
been field wired whether 12 VDC, 24 VDC 110/220
VAC units. A maximum of 100 M cable can be provided
and the transmitters have standard analog outputs
with voltage and pulse outputs as an option.
